Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Qutub Minar, DelhiOn arrival at International airport, the guest will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Delhi, capital city of the Federal Republic of India is one of India's fastest growing cities. The city has two distinct parts, Old Delhi & New Delhi. Old Delhi reflects shades of Mughal Emperor whereas New Delhi shows the legacy of what British left behind.
The streets of Old Delhi are narrow & bustling. The beauty & serenity lies inside the courts of the main buildings. Delhi has some of the finest museums in the country. Its boutiques and shopping arcades offer access to a wealth of traditional and contemporary crafts, from all over the country. New Delhi was proclaimed the capital of India by the British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869-1944), & is tree-lined & spacious.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast proceed for day sightseeing of Delhi covering the following areas of New Delhi and Old Delhi
Rajghat - A memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, also known as Bapu (Father of Nation)
Red Fort (Lal quila) - Old Delhi is centered on the Red Fort built by Emperor Shah Jahan between 1636 & 1658, when the mougal empire was on its peak.
Jama Masjid (Mosque) - Work on the Jama Masjid mosque was begun in 1650 by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to complement his palace at the Red Fort. More than 5,000 workers toiled for six years to complete the largest mosque in India.
Qutub Minar - is the tallest stone tower in India. Some believe it was erected as a tower of victory to signify the beginning of the Muslim rule in India. Others say it served as a minaret to the muezzins to call the faithful to prayer
Indian Gate - Built as a memorial to commemorate the 70,000 India soldiers killed in World War, India Gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and completed in 1931.
Built from sandstone, the arch also houses the Eternal Flame, a gesture in memory of the Indian soldiers who laid their lives in the 1971 war with Pakistan.
Rashtrapati Bhawan - Formely the Viceregal Lodge, the building is the highlight of Lutyen's New Delhi and was completed in 1929 at a cost of 12,53,000 pound sterling. Located in an area of 130 hectares, the palace has 340 rooms

Day 03: Delhi - Corbett national park
(260 Kms – 5 hours drive)
After breakfast drive down to Corbett national park.
Corbett national park - Nestling in the foothills of the Himalayas, Corbett National Park has rich and varied topography and vegetation which supports its diversity of habitat and natural beauty. Flat valleys are interspersed with hilly ridges and the Park's rolling grasslands known as the 'Chaurs' provide visitors with an excellent view of the animals. The Ramganga River flows through the Park and little forest streams tumble through the ravines. While dense stands of Sal cloak the higher ridges, mixed deciduous forests are found throughout the park. Corbett national park has highest density of tigers in the world.
Arrive at Corbett national park. Check in at resort. Get acclimatized to the environment. Overnight at resort on river bank.
Elephant Safari, Corbett
Day 04: Corbett
Early morning start for full day jeep safari at Corbett national park in Bijrani/ Jhirna/ Lohachaur zone of Corbett national park. Full say safari gives a bright chance of spotting a tiger or Asiatic elephant in the wild. Evening arrive at resort. Overnight at resort.
Day 05: Corbett
Early morning start for elephant safari at Corbett national park. Breakfast at resort. Enjoy the river side view from the resort. Visit Corbett museum and Garjia temple. Corbett museum reveals the history of Corbett national park, affiliation of sir Jim Corbett with the park and diverse wildlife which is supported by the wide range of vegetation in the park. Evening start for elephant safari at Corbett national park where you get a chance to see the wildlife by close quarters. Back at resort and enjoy wildlife movie at resort. Overnight and dinner at resort
Day 06: Corbett - Kausani
(185 Kms 3.5 hrs drive by road)
After breakfast drive to Kausani
Kausani -also called the Switzerland of India. It provides an enchanting sunrise over the Himalayas -a rich experience which will remain alive in your memories for lifetime. Besides being the birthplace of the famous poet Sumitra Nandan Pant, the place is also visited by Mahatma Gandhi who was so enamored of its dazzling natural beauty. Originally known as Valna, the mesmerizing hill resort of Kausani offers the ultimate vacation creating the romantic environment.
Arrive Kausani and check in at hotel.
Remainder of the day is at leisure to explore green valley and green meadows with gust of cool air.

Day 07: Kausani
After breakfast proceed for full day sight seeing visit to Baijnath temple. Here you will see many ancient idols and also come across Mahashir fish in the river water.
Also visit Sumitra Nandan Pant Gallery- One of the most important attractions of Kausani is the Sumitra Nandan Pant gallery that was built in memory of the famous Hindi poet Sumitra Nandan Pant. This gallery contains hundreds of English and Hindi books. To mark the birth anniversary of the poet, every year, a poetry symposium is organized here.
Kausani Tea Estate -
The hill resort of Kausani is also very famous for the several tea gardens and the various pear orchards that are located here. There is nothing like visiting the tea factory and seeing how tea is actually manufactured in the estate. This tea is also exported to Australia, Germany, Korea and the US.
Day 08: Kausani - Binsar
(58 Kms 1.5 hrs drive by road)
Chitai Temple, BinsarAfter breakfast start for Binsar.
Binsar- The summer capital of the erstwhile Chand Raja, Binsar is a picturesque hamlet located in the Kumaon Himalayas at a height of 2,420 mts. It is a fascinating spot that offers majestic view of the snow capped Himalayan peaks and mesmerizing ranges – Chaukhamba, Nanda Devi and Panchchuli. From this place only you can have a clear view of the holy shrines of Kedarnath, Badrinath and Gangotri. Binsar is also a trekking paradise where you can trek in the salubrious air, misty mountains covered with Oaks and Rhododendrons.
Arrive Binsar and check in at resort.
In the afternoon proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Binsar.
Chitai Temple -
The sacred temple of Gollu Devta at chitali is situated 6 kms from the heart of Almora city, on the way to Pithoragarh. Goats are scarified as offerings in the temple in the festivals and rituals. This temple was at one time, a virtual law court, for the deity receives many pleas from the distressed.
Jageshwar - The un-spoilt and un-touched Jageshwar is famous for its 124 temples and their exquisite craftsmanship on black stones. This place is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Goddess Parvati in India. This place is surrounded by thick forest of Deoder and situated in a narrow valley. The climate of this place is cool even in summer. Every year a great number of pilgrims come to this place in Shivratri which is in the month of savan (July to Aug)
Doonagiri - Doonagiri temple belongs to the goddess Durga and this has place of religious importance. From the temple one can have a good view of Gogas valleys

Day 09: Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary
Early morning start for full day safari at Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary.
Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary -
set deep in the foothills of the Great Indian Himalayas, Binsar is a comparatively small wildlife sanctuary, covering only an area of 47.04 sq. kms. A small protected area, Binsar was designated as a wildlife sanctuary in 1988, following a long local movement for its establishment. Today, Binsar supports a wide variety of floral species, faunal species as well as avid-fauna including some of the unique species found in the Himalayan range.
Within Binsar's boundary, there a nine villages populated by around 600 people. Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary has only one entry gate for tourists at Ayarpani and only one road, climbing in a north-west direction to terminate at the Forest Rest House. The sanctuary is criss-crossed by many tails, some relatively wide and well-trodden while some barely discernible. A walk through this sanctuary is a truly fascinating as well as refreshing as most of the park area is shaded with a thick forests.

Day 10: Binsar - Pangot
(75 Kms 2 hrs drive by road)
After breakfast start for Pangot.
Pangot- Pangot, a beautiful hamlet in the Kumaon hills, surrounded by thick forests. It offers bird watchers and nature lovers a truly rewarding experience. Pangot is just 15 km away from Nainital.
The peace and solitude one experiences in this clean and fresh place is unmatched. Pangot is a small village with everything small, from the small village houses, typical of the Kumaon region, small tea-stalls, a small village temple, a small post-office and the small population of around hundred people.
Arrive Pangot and check in at resort.
Remainder of the day is at leisure to explore green valley and green meadows with gust of cool air.

Day 11: Pangot - Nainital-Pangot
(15 Kms 20 minutes drive by road)

Nainital is a glittering jewel in the Himalayan necklace, blessed with scenic natural splendour and varied natural resources. Dotted with lakes, Nainital has earned the epithet of 'Lake District' of India. The most prominent of the lakes is Naini Lake ringed by hills. Nainital has a varied topography. Some of the important places in the district are Nainital , Haldwani , Kaladhungi , Ramnagar , Bhowali , Ramgarh , Mukteshwar , Bhimtal , Sattal and Naukuchiatal . Nainital’s unending expense of scenic beauty is nothing short of a romance with awe-inspiring and pristine Mother Nature.
Visit Nainital Zoo where you will be ‘introduced’ to the world famous Royal Bengal Tiger. This Zoo is one of the main tourist attractions of Nainital. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat ride in Crystal Water lake. After a joyful boat ride, you shall look at the Nainital city from some height riding in a cable car; this car will take you even high above the tallest hilltop in the area. In the evening go for a walk on famous Mall Road.

Day 12: Pangot
After breakfast take a walking tour to see a variety of Himalayan species along the way such as lammergeyer, Himalayan griffon, blue-winged minla, spotted & slaty-backed fork tail, rufous-bellied woodpecker, rufous-bellied niltava, khalij pheasant, variety of thrushes etc. Almost 150 bird species have been recorded at Pangot and surrounding areas. The numerous perennial & seasonal creeks are home to an amazing variety of flora and fauna including the leopard, yellow-throated Himalayan martins, Himalayan palm civet, ghoral, barking deer, Sambhar etc.
Relax in the evening.

Day 13: Pangot - Delhi
(275 Kms 6hrs drive by road)
After breakfast start for Delhi.
Arrive Delhi and transfer to international airport to destination ahead with sweet memories of the tour.
